Overall a great device. So far it will only respond per the shirt range 5 meter Remote. I ordered and installed the odd sized 23A Battery (should have been included or advised prior) the 2 button remote. It lights up on remote but unit does not respond. How do I contact seller for help? I’d prefer not to have to return this. I will update review depending on outcome and resolution.
I was able to contact seller. I was provided a full replacement unit and Matching remotes that work with that unit. Side note and tip as work around for the original unit was to use a smart plug and app, that way I can turn on the unit at any distance, even away from home. The only negative would be that it speaks in non English from siren lol but can Adjust from trial and practice. The seller was very responsive and helpful in back and forth with concerns and options regarding replacement unit. They also get 5 stars for resolution.
